Job Description
- Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings.
- Resolve site technical issues to ensure inspection and approval by the consultant of the work done.
- Laise with main-contractors, sub-contractors, clients and other parties involved in the projects.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents/reports for projects.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
- Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on-site.
- Ensure compliance to all Governmental, Building Rules, Regulations and Safety at site
- Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
Job Requirements
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
