Business Intelligence Intern to support the digital transformation of internal systems and establish a center of data excellence within the Group. The role will collaborate closely with our BI team and utilize Azure Databricks/Power BI to build data models and visualisations.
Responsibilities
Design and Develop BI Dashboards:
Create, implement, and maintain business intelligence dashboards for the group using Power BI.
Data Engineering and Pipeline Automation:
Build and automate data engineering pipelines and integrate them into operational reports.
Enhance and maintain engineering code to extract, load, and transform raw data into cleansed and curated datasets.
Documentation:
Maintain clear and concise documentation of BI processes and models to ensure data accuracy and ease of access for future analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in developing visualization reports and dashboards using BI tools (i.e. Tableau, Databricks, Power BI).
- Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL scripting.
- Willingness to learn new skills to tackle BI challenges at Armstrong.
- Able to start immediate.
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
