Looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:-
Assistant Cook – Halal Nasi Padang
Responsibilities:-
· Food preparation & assist Cook for some dishes cooking
· Ability to manage entire station independently
· Support the main Cook
· Take responsibility for receiving and safe storage of food ingredients
· Ensure first in first out (FIFO) practices are used in the restaurant
· Maintaining of equipment and kitchen facilities & Cleanliness
· To be responsible for personal hygiene and grooming
Requirements:-
· min. 2 years of cooking experience in Halal Kitchen
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Posses valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate (if any)
· Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
· Able to commit weekends and public holidays (if any)
· Good team player and outgoing
· Able to be versatile and multitasking - To cook other Cuisine – eg. Western will be a Plus+ (for daily special menu)
· Able to handle heavy stuffs
Shifts and Compensation:
✨ Fixed Shift: 0000-0900hrs (Working hrs includes. breaktime, timing subject to changes)
✨ Part Time: $15/hr ( working hrs are subject to prior agreement between employer & employee)
✨ Option for 4 or 5days week; discuss during the interview.
- Full time working hours + meals break : 54 hrs / week; 6 days week (including weekends / PHs)
- FT 0030-0930hrs or 0630-1530hrs (Working timing may be changed from time to time)
Remuneration: $2,500
Basic - $1,525 (OT $12.00/hr) Lodging - $0 Transport - $400 Shift Allowance - $500 Data - $75
