Roles & Responsibilities

As a Solution Expert, you will play a key role in supporting Electronic Shipping Solution projects for our Global eCommerce business. This role will involve focusing on a specific platform or product, or across multiple platforms, with an emphasis on supporting the development and roll out of products within a certain region(s).

  • Contribute to the creation and deployment of global customer-facing applications across all sites/languages in your scope of responsibility, including across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Identify customer needs and requirements to support the development of specifications for improved functionality enhancements or new product features across various ESS platforms.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders such as Marketing & Sales, Product & Pricing, OPS, CS to understand and translate commercial objectives into projects for ongoing Product Development.
  • Support development of business solutions from concept to deployment through the product lifecycle, across multiple products and projects as needed.
  • Ensure that requirements and specifications reflect country and customer needs.
  • Support development of product roadmaps and contribute to the planning for product releases.
  • Support development of documentation and training material, support processes, etc.
  • Monitor critical success factors for the product and define support SLA business criteria.
  • Contribute to ensuring programs and projects related to the product under responsibility are delivered to agreed time, cost, quality, and meet governance standards.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor application performance and user behavior. Generate reports and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • A self-motivated team player
  • Preferably degree qualifications in Digital Marketing, Marketing/Advertising, Business Administration or Computer Science, or related field.
  • Preferably 5 years’ experience developing customer facing technology/eCommerce solution in express logistic industry
  • Experience in project management, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in high-volume, mission critical customer-facing technology/eCommerce solutions
  • Familiarity with transportation software solutions in design collaboration, planning, and company-to-company collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of electronic shipping solutions and global eCommerce platforms.
  • Possess demonstrated leadership skills with ability to drive and manage key stakeholders.
  • Keen attention to details, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
