The Architectural Designer plays a pivotal position in design and development of projects, they are the important members of the team that lay foundation to the Architectural Competency.
Responsibilities
- Assist Architect/QP in the whole process of architectural design starting from feasibility study, concept design, design development, tender documentation to construction administration.
- Design tasks in all stages of project with 3D modeling, rendering, and 2D drawings.
- Production of tender drawings in Revit.
- Assisting Architect/QP in authority submission processes, including URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments, to all major stages of project development – DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.
- Set up, prepare and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) – Architecture according to BCA BIM standards
- Assisting Architect/QP in taking meeting minutes on site meetings, client meetings and consultant meetings.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/Building Drafting or equivalent certificate
- Minimum 2 years Singapore work experience in A&A works/ Interior Design/ Renovation/ Fit-out Works in Residential projects
- Able to communicate promptly and coordinates with supervisor
- Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be independent, self – motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
- Competence in preparation and maintenance of 2D and 3D AutoCad Drafting, SketchUp, rendering software, Adobe softwares and Microsoft Office softwares
- Skills in presentation applications like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc will be advantage
