Company Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to our construction projects from inception to completion. As a newly registered company, we are looking for an individual who can establish strong operational processes, lead a team, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and quality assessments.

• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors.

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

• Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including progress, budget updates, and timelines to senior management.


Job Requirements:


• Education: Any Master’s degree.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience.

• Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Familiarity with project management software and tools.

• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Able to commit to 6 days week
