Assets Management
1. Assist in updating all ICT inventory (school-owned devices and equipment) and AV stock books to meet both MOE ITD and school fixed assets requirements.
2. Conduct stock checks at least twice a year for all ICT and AV inventory according to the school fixed assets list.
3. Assist in the condemnation and replacement of obsolete, out-of-warranty, or faulty ICT and AV equipment.
4. Track the loans of ICT inventory (e.g., digital cameras, tablets, visualizers, CD players).
5. Maintain ICT systems and work closely with vendors for fixes and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
6. Document newly acquired ICT and AV resources in a systematic and organized manner.
7. Organize and maintain ICT and AV inventory in a systematic and neat manner in allocated rooms.
ICT & AV Support
8. Ensure service requests for ICT and AV support are promptly attended to.
9. Set up ICT gadgets/tools, such as Swivl robots and interactive TVs, to support school activities and events.
10. Provide additional ICT support as needed, including assisting teachers with technical issues during classroom lessons and resolving projector/visualizer issues.
11. Administer online surveys and compile reports.
3D Printing
12. Assist in setting up and maintaining 3D printers.
13. Train students and teachers on operating and using 3D printers and Flashprint software.
Applied Learning Programme (ALP)
14. Assist with inventory upkeep and stock-taking for ALP.
15. Maintain the Makerspace at the library.
16. Assist students with troubleshooting and using maker equipment in the Makerspace.
PLD-related Administration
17. Wipe data from student Personal Learning Devices (PLD).
18. Perform basic troubleshooting for PLD.
19. Handle basic functions on Apple School Manager (ASM).
Co-Facilitation (CCA, Staff & Students Area)
20. Assist teachers and/or vendors in Info-Comm Club training by co-facilitating photography and videography courses.
21. Guide and mentor students in photography and videography.
22. Provide technical assistance for teachers' professional development, such as video recording lessons.
23. Conduct ICT training for staff, including basic computing skills for non-teaching staff.
Others (School Related)
24. Provide ICT support for school events/functions (e.g., photography, live feed videography, video production, equipment setup for projection, multimedia presentations for events like graduation ceremonies and awards day).
25. Maintain digital photo and video albums for the school.
26. Design, update, and maintain the school website.
27. Assist teachers in preparing school publications, including videos, posters, and banners.
28. Assist the school in any other ICT and AV-related areas as assigned by HOD/SH ICT or P/VPs, including the design and printing of certificates.
