- Monitoring the Bank Balances and preparing Bank Balances Report and Projection and mailing to the Liner Head – Finance
- Monitoring the AR Outstanding Report (Regional) / Following up for the Collection
- Monitoring the AP Outstanding Report (Vendors) of the SEA / NA Region, Co-ordinating with Vendors, arranging SOA, Co-ordinating with Finance Support Team, arranging payments to the Vendors
- Monitoring on Agent SOA & Following up on their submission of the SOA
- Co-ordinating with Agents for SEA & NA region, Resolving the disputes with the Agents submitted by the Finance Support Team and Settlement of SOA
- Bank Reconciliation / Inter-Company Reconciliation/Principal & Regional Office Reconciliation
- Calculation of Depreciation / Prepayments – Posting Closing entries ( P & L and Balance Sheet Related)
- Filing VAT Returns
- Preparing Regional Office Profit and Loss Statement
- Preparing Financials along with necessary schedules for the Regional Office
- Co-ordinating with the Auditors for the Year End Audit Work to ensure smooth completing of Year End Audi and filing the Tax Returns
- Co-ordinating with Banks / Customers / Vendors / Statutory bodies
- Co-ordinating with Finance Support Finance Team
