To oversee our operations involving ambulances, paramedics, healthcare services, and pharmaceutical sales. Overseeing the daily operations, Pharmaceutical Sales, Business Development, Quality Assurance and Financial Management of the healthcare department, ensuring that all activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of ambulance services, ensuring timely and efficient response to emergencies.
- Build a team of Healthcare Professionals, Drivers, paramedics train and supervise team.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and transfer.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions and professionals to facilitate collaboration and partnership.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective sales planning and execution.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights for decision-making, lead and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Create, Plan and Execute trainings and professional development opportunities for staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management (with a focus on ambulance services, paramedics, and pharmaceutical sales.)
- Able to work 5.5 days
- Strong knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the healthcare sector.
- Good Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
