Job Description
- Examine account paperwork and onboarding/change of account matters
- Guarantee prompt and precise handling of client modifications and adjustments to the accounts, following current bank protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor and elevate document shortcomings correctly according to procedures.
- Maintain high standards of service for internal clients.
- Assist other departments with diverse tasks, including retrieving information and addressing issues.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma holder and above
- Prior work in corporate or private banking
- Has strong client documentation skills
- Knowledge of Corporate Constitutional documentation of any of the following: Certificate of Incumbency, M&AA, Notice of Appointment, Registered Agent documentation from ACRA, would be ideal and a huge plus.
