Location: Near Commonwealth MRT
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and assist in preparing valuation reports.
- Perform various ad hoc assignments as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills and self-motivated.
- Good judgement and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be prepared to conduct on-site inspections daily.
- Open to candidates with no prior experience.
