JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Attend to all in-coming calls on sales enquiries and service calls
  • Provide support to Sales team
  • Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
  • Assist and coordinate scheduling of service calls for technical engineers and IT staff
  • To work closely with Sales and Technical team
  • Any other related administrative duties as assigned by manager
  • 5Days Work Week

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate should possess 'N'/'O' level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' of working experience in general clerical/administrative duties/sales coordination/customer service related work.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
  • Able to manage stress and work independently.
  • Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality.
  • Prefer candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice.
  • Singaporeans and PR who can communicate in Mandarin.
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 830am-6pm
  • Basic salary depending on relevant work experiences and qualifications
  • Training on in-house software program
