JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend to all in-coming calls on sales enquiries and service calls
- Provide support to Sales team
- Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
- Assist and coordinate scheduling of service calls for technical engineers and IT staff
- To work closely with Sales and Technical team
- Any other related administrative duties as assigned by manager
- 5Days Work Week
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess 'N'/'O' level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' of working experience in general clerical/administrative duties/sales coordination/customer service related work.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
- Able to manage stress and work independently.
- Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality.
- Prefer candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- Singaporeans and PR who can communicate in Mandarin.
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 830am-6pm
- Basic salary depending on relevant work experiences and qualifications
- Training on in-house software program
