Purpose:
● This role is responsible for working with the Accounting and Finance teams in LIXIL HQ, as well as supporting the regional project leaders to develop investment plans and oversee the contract processes and investment performances for the SAP renewal and integration project (LIFT)
Main Responsibilities:
● Responsible for maintaining and managing the financial budget for the project
● Responsible for managing the contracting procedures, payment preparations, approval processes, provisional accounting, asset management, and cost allocation (billing) from HQ
● Ensure that consolidated costs billed to HQ are optimally allocated to the respective regional cost centers as per the prior agreements
● Responsible for reports preparation for the project for the Board
● Responsible for investment planning and budget forecasting in a timely manner
● Oversee day-to-day project operations, including vendor management and stakeholder communications
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in proposal scoping and development, contract management and project initiation
Job Requirements:
● Recognised Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management / service delivery or other related fields
● Experience working in a multicultural background and comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and global environment
● Excellent interpersonal and organization skills as well as the ability to work in a team and manage stakeholders of various levels, including business leaders
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
