Job Scope
- To oversee FSC operations and liaison with Allied Telesis Business Units to ensure RMA units meet the quality standards, deliver on time, manage the P&L of FSC Section and provide excellent service to ATI Groups.
- To manage and drive RMA output productivity .
- To coordinate with internal teams such as Test & Pack, Material Planning/Logistics and Repair Analyst, to gather information to plan for RMA repair, provide schedule plan to drive for FSC RMA Output to meet Business Units shipment.
- To manage a group of Technicians/Engineers to conduct verification and 1st level failure analysis of respective BU RMA non-conformance unit, identify the cause of defect / non-conformance feedback, provide technical support in response to queries or concerns raised till closure.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years industrial working experience in networking products and PCBA environment.
- Good organising skill and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Good leadership skill to lead a team.
- Positive attitude and work well with people.
