Our client, a local producer and marketer of functional and wellness products, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance/admin team. The person will be required to:
- Perform book-keeping / Accounting function
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks
- Preparation of Management reports
- Operation expenses tracking
- Handle day-to-day admin work
- Assist in HR/HR Admin function
- Maintain a systematic filing system
- Liaise with external vendors
- Any other duties as assigned/ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good work ethics and proactive attitude
