Job Scope:
- Collaborate and engage with business units to identify and analyse processes suitable for automation, digitalisation, and AI prototyping.
- Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using UiPath for streamlining processes in HR, Finance, or other areas.
- Utilise an enterprise forms automation solution to transform traditional paper forms and manual data entry processes into digital, two-way conversations.
- Explore and evaluate various digital solutions, including GenAI tools and chatbots, to improve work processes.
- Develop prototypes or proof of concepts for potential digital/AI solutions.
- Document and create self-help guides for knowledge management and encouraging continuous learning.
- Present findings and recommendations to the project team and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, ICT-related fields or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and digitalisation concepts.
- Familiarity with programming concepts and logic.

- Interest in digital and AI technologies.
- Strong research and communication skills.
Non-mandatory, but advantageous:
- Proficiency in UiPath: Prior experience with UiPath is beneficial. Applicants are encouraged to showcase any previous projects completed using UiPath.
- Python Familiarity: Experience with Python for data cleaning, analysis, and visualisation would be advantageous. Applicants are encouraged to highlight any past projects utilising Python.
- Familiarity with AI Tools: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar generative AI tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of Task Automation Best Practices: Knowledge of industry best practices in task automation is preferred.
Location: Maxwell Road
Salary: $11-$18 / hour (depends on qualification and experience)
Contract: 9 months to 1 year
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon – Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Including 1 hour lunch time
