Position and Benefits
- Position: Indoor Sales Support, SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,000 Monthly
- Company Benefits: 5 Days Work, 14 Days Annual Leaves, 13th Month AWS

- New office beside Jurong East MRT.
Qualification and Skills
- Qualification: At least Diploma in Business, Marketing or Engineering with at least 5 years working experience
- Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP (preferably but not compulsory as SAP training will be provided), Good command of English and ability to communicate with European colleagues and Southeast Asia customers
- Personal Characteristics: Highly Independent, able to work alone under pressure with minimal supervision, able to multi-task, Customer Oriented
Job Responsibilities
- Indoor Sales Support: Handle sales enquiries, prepare Quotations, Order confirmation, Delivery Documents, and Invoices; provide sales support and assistance to Dealers and Customers (SAP and product trainings will be provided)
- Follow Up: Prepare and follow up promptly on Purchase Order, Delivery Status, Delivery Documents and Payment with Germany HQ, Factories, Southeast Dealers and Customers
- Sales Reports: Prepare weekly sales report and generate other reports upon request; regularly update customer data base and quotation status into SAP system and maintain Sales records
- Others: Perform any other related duties as assigned by Superior
