We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Roller Shutter Executive to join our growing team.


Job Summary:


The Roller Shutter Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our roller shutter products and services. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for roller shutters through various channels.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored advice on roller shutter solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate quotations.
  • Handle sales operations, including managing calls, following up on leads, and maintaining a detailed customer database.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the installation and servicing teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of roller shutters and their applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
