Individual to be involved in:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the salon to ensure efficient functioning
2. Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff
3. Resolve staff conflicts and issues
4. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively
5. Track and report on financial performance, including sales and profitability
6. Manage the salon’s social media presence and online reputation
7. Ensure the salon is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
8. Ensure all salon tools and equipment are in good working condition
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage, monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
2. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback to employees, organize ongoing training professional and development opportunities for staff
3. Develop, implement customer service policies and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards
4. Manage the salon’s budget, expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
5. Develop, execute marketing strategies to attract new clients, retain existing ones, coordinate promotional events and activities
6. Oversee maintenance, repair of equipment and facilities
