The Key Account Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients. This role requires 3-4 years experience in FMCG industry and this role involves ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with various departments to meet client needs.
1. Account Management:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing key customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure customers satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Plan monthly forecast and arrange monthly shipment with SCM.
5. A&P Management:
- Plan and allocate total year BTL budget to individual key customers.
- Keeping track of spending to ensure it is within budget.
