- Ensure that claims processes comply with regulatory requirements.

Profile Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in business analysis or insurance (e.g., CBAP, CPCU) are a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
- Experience with claims management systems and insurance software.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman and database management tools like MySQL and DataGrip.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, specifically in the claims department.
- Proven track record of leading and managing projects in a claims processing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in requirement analysis and test planning.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
