Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective PR and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and target audience in Greater China.
- Leverage deep understanding of the Greater China education landscape and schooling systems to position the company as a thought leader.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders in the Greater China region.
- Create and execute engaging content across various platforms, including traditional and digital media, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence on popular platforms in Greater China (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin and other state-owned Chinese media) to engage with the target audience and build a strong online community.
- Oversee the development and execution of public relations campaigns to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand reputation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and PR efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage a team of PR and marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Manage the company’s student accommodation properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing relationships with HNW/UHNW families in the Greater China Region
- Brings along an extensive network of customers and affiliates in the Greater China region.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing student accommodation properties/facilities for HNW/UHNW families
- Advanced Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
- Proven track record of successful PR and marketing campaigns in the Greater China region.
- Extensive network of media contacts, influencers, and industry professionals in Greater China.
- Deep understanding of the education sector and schooling systems in Greater China.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
