Responsibilities:
1. To provide direct support and assistance to the doctor
2. To assist doctor in the treatment room with the aesthetics procedure
3. Assisting doctors in medical procedures including minor surgery, laser, botox and fillers
4. To be attentive to the doctor’s needs while helping them during the treatment
5. Perform facial, body and aesthetic treatments/services to customers
6. Build and establish good rapport with customers
7. Inventory management
8. Any other administrative task when required.
Requirements:
1. Recognised beauty or therapist diploma from CIDESCO, CITEC, WSQ
2. At least 1 year experience as a clinic assistant in Aesthetic Clinic
3. Comfortable handling system and devices and being involved in treatment procedures.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Pleasant with a positive and approachable attitude
6. Prepare to work retail hours and weekends
