This position requires technical skills and the ability to understand, document, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Endpoints/Servers environments. Successful candidates must have:

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain mission-critical system infrastructure (hardware and software).
- Install, configure, and manage compute, storage, and networking infrastructure of Linux/Windows servers.
- Install, configure, and managed/BYOD endpoint devices (MDM/MAM).
- Monitoring systems in the existing network to ensure there are no productivity setbacks.
- Responsible for day-to-day sustainment and configuration of the system, software installations and updates, system patches, account maintenance and training users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise.
- Anticipating potential issues or bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions.
- Communicating effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
- Manage IT procurement and coordinate with the vendor for renewal of licenses/hardware.
- Manage the RMA process and coordinate support escalations for City Energy and third-party hardware and software.
- Fully document processes, procedures, and all work performed.
- Occasionally need to schedule maintenance after office hour.
- Identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Level 2 support engineer.
- Experience in M365 administrator role is a must.
- Proven track record of installing, configuring, tuning and troubleshooting Windows based systems and Unix-based system (a plus).
- Practical knowledge of the administration of Windows 11 technologies, including job scheduling, Ethernet networking, DLP, security, patch management (Intune) and group policy.
- Good understanding of M365, Windows devices, NGFW, networking, DNS, SAAS, IAAS, Azure, Cloud security and AWS.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
- Added advantage with ITIL Certification.
- Added advantage with M365 Administrator Certification; Azure/AWS administrator is a plus.
The successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off point at Sembawang MRT station.
