Job Description:
- Ensure that the AR receipts are updated promptly
- Monitoring and following up overdue invoices with Sales team
- Responsible to send invoices/statements of Accounts to customers
- Provide support on the uploading of sales data to the system
- Support in the extraction of information like permit from Tradenet
- Preparation, consolidation and submission of weekly cash report
- Issuance of CN and DN
- Preparation of month end reporting
- Capitalization of fixed assets and monthly depreciation run.
- Support on the final year end audit
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma in Accounting related field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Detailed oriented, committed, meticulous and resourceful with positive work attitude
- A self-driven individual, who works effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency/experience in MS Excel, SAP is preferred
- 5 days work week (Mondays to Fridays 8.15am to 5.15pm)
- Transport pick up at Bedok MRT station
