What You Will Do
- Daily administrative duties: This includes answering phone calls, following up on inquiries, data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support.
- Maintaining schedules: Keeping track of training schedules and arrange training for workers.
- Able to use Info-Tech HR software to administer employee payroll, records and etc
- Manage Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, and levy waiver request
- Administer staff training including grant application
- Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Answering phones and routing calls to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Handle ISO documentation and ensure compliance
- Ad-hoc duties: Assisting with any other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager.
What You Must Have
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related working experience
- Good in Microsoft Office application
