What the day will look like
- Tailor the organisation’s Total Rewards strategy and programs to regional requirements and supplement with regional programs and solutions.
- Direct implementation of the Total Rewards strategy and agenda in a consistent manner across the region.
- Deliver Total Rewards programs and processes within the region.
- Adapt global programs and solutions as much as possible to support regional requirements.
- Support People Partners, HR Advisors, Managers, and colleagues with content expertise.
- Maintain and cultivate expertise in Total Rewards.
- Handle program consultation, relevant program delivery and escalated employee/manager issues that require additional interpretation and resolution.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Significant experience and knowledge in total rewards and compensation
- Strong consulting skills working with a broad client base at various experience levels
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent emotional intelligence and people leadership skills
- HR process improvement project experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and self directed
- Can maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in time-sensitive situations
- Ability to coach and influence others
