Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Business Development Manager with a strong focus on Academic and Student Administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a flair for marketing and business development, and the ability to ensure academic compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and infographics, to engage and grow our audience.
- Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and other external service providers to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
2. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs and develop strategies to meet these demands.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
3. Academic Administration
- Ensure Compliance of Academic Team to Set Processes and Procedures:
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to academic policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinate with academic staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.
- Oversee Online Examination Platform and Learning Management System
- Ensure the smooth operation and integrity of the Examena online examination platform.
4. Student Administration
- Manage communication with students through email, newsletters, social media, and other platforms.
- Organize and promote student support services and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of well-rounded experience in a private educational institution
- Strong understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia market.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in academic administration and knowledge of online examination platforms and learning management system is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
