STRATEGIC MARKETING AND ACADEMIC AFFAIRS MANAGER

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Business Development Manager with a strong focus on Academic and Student Administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a flair for marketing and business development, and the ability to ensure academic compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and infographics, to engage and grow our audience.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and other external service providers to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.

2. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs and develop strategies to meet these demands.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.

3. Academic Administration

  • Ensure Compliance of Academic Team to Set Processes and Procedures:
  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to academic policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate with academic staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.
  • Oversee Online Examination Platform and Learning Management System
  • Ensure the smooth operation and integrity of the Examena online examination platform.

4. Student Administration

  • Manage communication with students through email, newsletters, social media, and other platforms.
  • Organize and promote student support services and resources.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of well-rounded experience in a private educational institution
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia market.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in academic administration and knowledge of online examination platforms and learning management system is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
