To support our students, we have built / purpose of role

The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset. This is a hybrid full-time position, based in Singapore. Regret that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

  • Office Maintenance: Oversee general office management, including ordering supplies, filing and storage systems, and workspace cleanliness
  • General Administration: Assist with other administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, minutes taking, coordinating delivery of goods and services and slide update
  • Executive Assistant: Oversee tasks and preparation of documents as requested, assist with special projects or other duties as assigned
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports and extract data pertaining to leads from both event and non-event sources. Sort and extract data from event reports and registration lists
  • Sales Support: Including (but not limited to) generating service agreements and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes
  • Marketing Support: Including (but not limited to) purchasing of collaterals, payment processing, research information as needed, event logistics and social media management support

What skills and experience are required?

  • Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in the Education or professional services (e.g. marketing agency, financial services, management consulting, hospitality, etc.) sector and using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms will be advantageous
