Retail Associate
Home & Décor Superstore (Wholly owned by King Koil Singapore)
We are expanding our retail store. If you are a service orientated and hardworking sales associate with furniture retail experience, you are welcome to join the team. Every of our Ashley Furniture Homestore also house a full range of King Koil Mattress Gallery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by helping them select products
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner
- Responds to customers’ questions · Manages financial transactions
- Able to share store promotion mechanics and merchandise with customers
- Maintain and upkeep of showroom display items in proper order, assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Able to use the computerized Point of Sales system.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum Higher Secondary education or ITE and A fast leaner.
- At least 2-3 years of retail sales experience, related furniture retail sales experience will be an advantage.
- Bilingual in English, good listening and possess good people skills
- A good team player with positive attitude
- Excellent communication skill and be able to engage with customer
- Must be result oriented and able to work independently
- Able to speak to mandarin speaking customer
- Only open for Singaporean
Additional Information:
- Remuneration – Basic salary package with commission.
- Full time job: 6 working days a week with off day taken on week day, required to work on Public holidays and weekend.
- Working hour: 11am to 8pm.
- On job Training and uniform will be provided
