Must have extensive experience in Business Analysis, Project Management & Stakeholder Management.
Business Analysis
Identify and scope business, and priorities through rigorous information gathering and analysis as well as clarification of the solutions, initiatives, and programmes to enable effective delivery. This also involves the development of a compelling defensible business case and the articulation of the potential impact of the solution to the business.
- To increase the business value, collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices
- Provide user stories to multi-disciplinary teams and define the business-driven acceptance criteria
- Participate in process review and suggests solutions for automation and transformation.
- Identifying the current and future-state business processes
- Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
Project Management
- Facilitate various Agile processes such as Iteration / Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up
- Manage timeline, change requests, and costs
- Ensure stakeholders are informed and trained before deployment
- Ensure meetings and decisions are documented and approved
- Ensure steering committee/product council meetings are conducted timely
- Review and sign-off solution design and integrations
- Ensure proper project change management and deployment
- Ensure security assessment and controls are in place
- Conduct UAT and track issues
- Ensure documentation is complete
Stakeholder Management
- Manage stakeholder expectations and needs by aligning those with the requirements and objectives of the organisation.
