ob Responsibilities :-
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site, including managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Schedule work to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays
- Communicate with project managers to update them on progress and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all construction activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and change orders
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise on site in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications
Job Requirements:-
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Minimum diploma in Civil Engineer/ Construction related skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedure
