Primary Responsibilities
- Perform back of house administrative duties in relation to the hotels at RWS
- Perform manual receiving against purchase orders on Ariba
- Perform checks and reconciliations for commission rates and invoices from online travel agents in advance of payments
- Assess and follow-up on access permissions and applications
- Understand manning requirements and assist in arrangements for casual employment in the various hotel business units based on forecasts
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Possess working understanding of hotel operations and principles of customer service
- Possess good cross-cultural awareness/sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office tools
- A team player, resourceful, results-driven and able to multi-task
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficient in English
