Admin Executive, Hotels (Temp)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform back of house administrative duties in relation to the hotels at RWS
  • Perform manual receiving against purchase orders on Ariba
  • Perform checks and reconciliations for commission rates and invoices from online travel agents in advance of payments
  • Assess and follow-up on access permissions and applications
  • Understand manning requirements and assist in arrangements for casual employment in the various hotel business units based on forecasts
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • Possess working understanding of hotel operations and principles of customer service
  • Possess good cross-cultural awareness/sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • A team player, resourceful, results-driven and able to multi-task
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Proficient in English
