Job Responsibilities:-
- To perform all bookkeeping activities
- Payroll and all associated administration
- Assisting with all other admin & ad-hoc related duties
- Ensure proper filing system and documentation
- Maintain / Renewal of employees’ skills and certification database
- Support Project Team with administrative/clerical duties.
- Handle public inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Manage of purchasing process including purchasing order and invoices
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Microsoft preferred
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills & good teamwork
- Strong in follow-up
