Role & Responsibilities:
· In charge of account receivable and payable schedule.
· Communicate with project team on accounting matters.
· Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting for entities to the Management.
· Assist to prepare project accounting and related monthly reporting package.
· Assist to prepare a full-set of accounts.
· Assist to prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management and cash flow reports.
· Assist in the areas of statutory audits, internal audits, corporate tax and GST.
· Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required.
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirement:
· Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
· 0-1 year experience in Accounting (Fresh graduates are welcome too)
· Good with time management.
· Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
· Preferably Singaporean / PR
· Able to communicate with personnel from all levels, including Management
