JOB DUTIES:
- Implement, and enforce company safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct safety training for employees and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training, and safety equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and promote a safe working environment.
- Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working condition and that employees are trained in its proper use.
- Prepare and submit safety reports as required.
- Supports and ensures all safety processes and initiatives are followed to maintain high standards of safety within the facility.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
- Min. Nitec Level with WSH Level A/B or equivalent
- Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in logistic, manufacturing, engineering related.
- Initiative and Creative idea, Self-motivation and having Can-Do attitude
- High ability to work independently and work as team
- Good command in computer skill, able to communicate in English, Chinese or Malay
- WAH Manager/ Assessor, Confined Space Assessor and Risk Management course will be advantage
- Able to work in overtime or night shift when necessary
