Key Responsibilities:
- Full range of accounting responsibilities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions;
- Prepare monthly schedules for financial and management reporting within the stipulated timeline;
- Assist in GST submission and payroll administration;
- Ensure all accounts receivable & payable reconciliations and follow-up are compliant with policies and regulations;
- Prepare and collate schedules required for internal and external audits;
- Call for quotations for the various types of insurance;
- Prepare statement of account for Global Classroom Programmes; and
- Any other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
- Familiarity with SAP HANA financial system will be an advantage;
- Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Excel is required;
- Able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Team player with the ability to work independently with all levels of staff; and
- Good oral and written communication skills.
