Responsibilities
- Analyse tender/project specifications and requirements for HVAC/ACMV Building Control Systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide precise costings and proposals.
- Prepare necessary documentation for tender submissions and clarifications.
- Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct site measurements and attend tender clarifications/interviews as needed.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Building.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in the HVAC/ACMV industry with essential knowledge in Building Control Systems and HVAC/ACMV.
- Proficient in understanding technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
