Role Description:
Join our Media Team as a Producer and take a pivotal role in our in-house video, motion, and animation productions aimed at fostering trust in the real estate community. In this role, you'll contribute significantly to the creative conceptualization and production process. Responsibilities include managing production equipment (cameras, lights, sound) and supporting live productions (webinars, webcasts, and podcasts).
As a creative force, you will help execute a diverse portfolio of top-tier productions, including live videos, short and long form videos, animations, and podcasts. You will stay abreast of new digital and social media trends, creating fun, engaging, and educational content tailored for platforms like TikTok.
This role blends project management (ensuring smooth operation of all production elements) and creative direction (developing scripts, brainstorming ideas, and exploring new themes and subjects).
Optional: This position also demands strong writing skills, either through scriptwriting or refining existing scripts through collaborative reviews.
Job Scope:
- Assist in leading a dynamic creative production team to achieve exceptional content quality.
- Develop and maintain a calendar of compelling content throughout the year.
- Produce video content that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our target audience.
- Shape the editorial tone, script, and content production, and innovate with content that leverages current social media trends like Facebook/Instagram stories and TikTok videos.
- Support the live-stream process on various platforms, including planning, scheduling, scripting, filming, and post-production.
- Contribute to various productions, offering insights into audience preferences, segmentation, and SEO performance.
- Manage multiple projects across different production stages, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience in a production role, such as a Producer or Assistant Director.
- Background in managing or being part of a creative production team.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
- Experience in directing talents and overseeing a production crew to meet project deadlines.
- Keen understanding of local property trends and the ability to translate current topics into engaging content.
- Early career experience in scripting, mobile/digital camera shooting, and audio/video editing is advantageous.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
