Responsibilities:
Daily admin duties assign by head of department.
Provides back-up to the Account Manager on all clerical functions, as needed.
Assist on the month-end closing procedures to meet monthly deadlines.
Assist on other accounting projects as needed.
Process high volume in payment transaction (AR & AP).
Able to work independently.
Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare daily, monthly sales & purchases report.
Handle worker’s claims, petty cash.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or LCCI certified, or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
8:00am to 5:00pm,Monday to Friday
Saturday (Half Day)
