9:00am to 6:00pm

Responsbilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage office facilities, including space planning, equipment maintenance, and security.
- Coordinate with building management for any office-related issues or maintenance.
- Itinerary planning for overseas guests/meetings
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain and update office policies as necessary to comply with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
