Student Services Executive

Job Role

Provide services on preparation of training logistics, maintenance of equipment and upkeep of premises. To maintain a high standard of safety and clean environment.


Job Responsbilities

  1. Assume the logistics and procurement role, ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of necessary resources.
  2. Supervise and maintain orderliness and upkeep of classrooms and office spaces.
  3. Coordinate and oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and other related properties.
  4. Regularly collect and distribute post mails to the relevant parties.
  5. Manage student and course enrolment procedures, ensuring accurate and smooth processes.
  6. Resolve student issues pertaining to admissions and academic matters, providing prompt assistance.
  7. Assist Learning Facilitators (LFs) with tasks such as course recognition, probationary status, and student interviews.
  8. Adhere to ICA immigration requirements for international students, facilitating visa approvals and addressing related issues.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality services and supplies.
  10. Ensure compliance with academic regulations, deadlines, as well as ERF and EduTrust policies and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with the student liaison and compliance staff as needed to provide support and assistance.
  12. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals, providing professional and helpful responses.
  13. Attend to inquiries from internal and external parties visiting the college office, ensuring excellent customer service.
  14. Install and maintain IT systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth functioning.
  15. Assist in the operations of the Learn@ASCENSUS, PEAK, company website/s, online platforms, and other student- and organisation-related systems that would help streamline processes through automation.
  16. Evaluate student feedback on lecturers, student services, external partners, and others, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
  17. Serve as a project manager for special events related to students and staff, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the school.
  18. Serve as the duty officer for classes conducted in the college, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
  19. Undertake any other duties as instructed by the top management, and the direct supervisor, if applicable.
