Provide services on preparation of training logistics, maintenance of equipment and upkeep of premises. To maintain a high standard of safety and clean environment.
Job Responsbilities
- Assume the logistics and procurement role, ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of necessary resources.
- Supervise and maintain orderliness and upkeep of classrooms and office spaces.
- Coordinate and oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and other related properties.
- Regularly collect and distribute post mails to the relevant parties.
- Manage student and course enrolment procedures, ensuring accurate and smooth processes.
- Resolve student issues pertaining to admissions and academic matters, providing prompt assistance.
- Assist Learning Facilitators (LFs) with tasks such as course recognition, probationary status, and student interviews.
- Adhere to ICA immigration requirements for international students, facilitating visa approvals and addressing related issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality services and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with academic regulations, deadlines, as well as ERF and EduTrust policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the student liaison and compliance staff as needed to provide support and assistance.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals, providing professional and helpful responses.
- Attend to inquiries from internal and external parties visiting the college office, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Install and maintain IT systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth functioning.
- Assist in the operations of the Learn@ASCENSUS, PEAK, company website/s, online platforms, and other student- and organisation-related systems that would help streamline processes through automation.
- Evaluate student feedback on lecturers, student services, external partners, and others, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
- Serve as a project manager for special events related to students and staff, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the school.
- Serve as the duty officer for classes conducted in the college, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
- Undertake any other duties as instructed by the top management, and the direct supervisor, if applicable.
