Job Brief (Full-Time)
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the lifecycle of AI projects, from initiation to completion. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, data scientists, developers, and deployment team, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our AI products. The successful candidate will run exciting AI projects with various ST Engineering and external agencies to design and implement adoption strategy, manage project timeline, risks, change management and stakeholders. Additionally, the Project Manager will play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, including client engagement and proposal development, as well as developing and implementing business strategies to market our products effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements, presenting our AI solutions and capabilities effectively.
· Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our products.
· Lead and manage AI projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to track progress and ensure adherence to project goals.
· Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, data scientists, developers, and deployment team.
· Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains, especially around setting delivery expectations of quality and scope and communicating progress.
· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
· Actively engage and motivate various key partners to deliver and effect positive change.
· Ability to value add by conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the AI industry is a plus.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the AI, technology, or software development industry.
· Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
· Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
· PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong vendor and key partners leadership skills.
