The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore, is responsible for enhancing dining experiences through superior service quality, effective staff management, and maintaining high food standards. Key duties include overseeing operations, managing peak periods, and ensuring smooth communication between F&B and other hotel departments.
Our Expectations:
- Maintain restaurant service quality and display good customer relation skills
- Conducts regular tours of front and back of F&B operations to check on set-up / service / food quality / general maintenance / cleanliness.
- Ensure food quality and presentation are up to standard and manage service recovery
- Manage peak periods effectively with good hosting and queue management skills
- Display good supervisory skills with ability to assign and delegate duties among staffs
- Manage associate discipline and performance issues
- Execute restuarant administrative duties and management reporting
- Maintain restaurant hygiene and upkeep
- Ensures smooth and effective communication between F&B and other departments in the hotel
