Are you a hands-on Payroll professional with experience in independently managing payroll for multiple offices across South-East Asia and/or North Asia?


Our client is a prominent international energy organization, regionally headquartered in Singapore and boasting over two decades of exceptional performance. With significant expansion across the region, they are currently strengthening their HR team by recruiting specialists to support their growing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll operations for employees across multiple offices in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary disbursements, deductions, allowances, and statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate with HR teams and finance departments in different countries to gather payroll data and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Handle payroll queries and issues from employees promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and tax laws across the region and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in payroll-related audits and assessments.
  • Collaborate with external payroll service providers as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws in Singapore and other Asian countries.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
