Job Scope:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Network Consultant to join the team. The Network Consultant will be responsible for working closely with our clients and internal teams to design, implement, and support tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose technical solutions that address client challenges and align with our product offerings.
- Implementation: Oversee the deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- Education: Min Diploma or Degree
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a solutions engineering or pre-sales capacity.
- Skills:Strong understanding of Cisco Products.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Cisco CCNP (minimum)
