Responsibilities :
- To review the tender specification requirement & suppliers quotation compliance.
- To work with Project Manager to confirm system design & procurement
- To ensure equipment installation & alignment as per project requirements
- To organize daily works, ensuring work performed on site comply with safety standards and with local authority requirements
- Monitor project progress & conduct site inspection
- To attend to technical meetings to ensure all aspects & requirements were taken care of
- To liaise with relevant parties to ensure efficient & timely delivery of assignment
- To prepare & submit site progress report & all other necessary project documentation
- Attend meetings and conduct site inspection with relevant parties to resolve technical/site issues
- Ensure timely handover of project
- Other project-related tasks as deemed necessary
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in relevant industry. Safety certifications an added advantage
- Min. 3-year working experience in Fire Protection/Sprinkler system in a construction firm
- Good knowledge of project management principles
- Proficient in communication skills at an operational level
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
