Direct report to company's Director
Key responsibility is supporting the daily administrative and clerical work and data analysis.
- Perform clerical, administrative and general support duties for the whole AP Asia Pacific Hub
- Service Administrator for Service Business
- Internal Sales Support for administrative work and quotation work
- Data analysis for GC Business
- Use the Global Analyzer Market Report and break it down for Asia Pacific and China Market
- Use the quotation data to analyze the market size of China and Asia Pacific, calculate hit rate and dig into the details what kind of GC we have better chance for the bid
- GC Application and Configuration Analysis: Analyze the different process having different type of GC and how it repeats in different proposal, which configuration is more repeatable than the other
Qualification
- Educational - A-level and above.
- Prefer 5 years relevant to job description
- Administrative skills and service minded
- Good communication skills
- This position is for a 1 year contract. (renewable)
