Job Description
- To process all AP transactions are accurate and timely manner
- To ensure all vendors and employees are paid on time
- Prepare expense reports for various HODs.
- Assists to liaise with other internal groups to ensure the completeness and accuracy of records submitted and other supporting documents, resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure all invoices and staff reimbursement claim forms are properly approved so as to ensure validity of the charge,
- In addition to ensure that invoices are coded correctly to provide accurate financial and management reporting.
- Participate in related process and system improvement plan.
