Job Description:
- Understand and apply Workday methodologies
- Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure to improve alignment of HR business objectives.
- Support testing and fixing of errors and from deployment to production.
- Guide our clients through their change journey.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Application Management Services (AMS) implementation.
- Workday Studio Certification is a plus.
- Experience in presentation and validation of designs to clients.
- Experience working with Functional Leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
